Optiak gives you visibility into how AI traffic moves through your organization and applications.

Dashboard

The main Dashboard is the organization-wide observability view.

Use it to understand overall platform activity, usage patterns, reliability trends, cost behavior, and how optional modules such as Guardrails, Data Integrations, Web Search, and Smart Router are being used.

Dashboard views are meant to provide operational context. The exact cards and charts may evolve as the platform adds more signals, but the goal stays the same: help teams see what is happening across their AI traffic.

Application Overview

Each application has an Overview tab focused on that application's traffic.

Use it to understand whether a specific application is healthy, how it is using its configured budget, and which model or routing choices are being used by that application.

Budget warnings appear in the application experience when usage reaches or is projected to exceed the configured budget. If the configured action pauses the application, new Gateway API requests for that application are rejected until it is activated again.

Request History

The Requests tab shows individual Gateway API requests for an application.

Use request history to investigate specific calls, compare successful, failed, and blocked requests, and understand where a request spent time in the platform.

Each request can be expanded into a user-facing timeline. The timeline groups work into platform stages such as gateway handling, safety checks, enrichment, routing, and the model call.

Blocked guardrail requests are shown as blocked even when the response mode returns a normal assistant refusal shape.

How to Use Observability

Use observability to answer practical operational questions:

• Is the organization sending traffic successfully?
• Which applications are active?
• Are requests being blocked, failing, or delayed?
• Are budgets behaving as expected?
• Are optional modules affecting traffic as intended?
